NDIS audit preparation, without starting from a blank page

Audit Rocket helps NDIS providers draft the policies, procedures, registers and forms an auditor expects to see — matched to your registration groups and the NDIS Practice Standards modules that apply to you.

Support for this industry is in beta. Every document is a draft for your review against the official standards before use.

Who this is for

Registered NDIS providers preparing for an initial, mid-term or recertification audit, organisations applying for registration, and unregistered providers who want documentation that follows the NDIS Code of Conduct and good practice.

The regulatory framework

NDIS providers are regulated by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission under the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 and its rules. Registered providers are audited against the NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators; the applicable modules depend on the registration groups held (e.g. Core Module, and supplementary modules such as High Intensity Daily Personal Activities, Behaviour Support, Early Childhood Supports, Specialised Support Coordination, Specialist Disability Accommodation). All workers must comply with the NDIS Code of Conduct.

How Audit Rocket helps

  1. 1Tell us your registration groups, audit type and where you deliver supports. If you're unsure, Audit Rocket asks before applying any module.
  2. 2Upload your audit requirements or the auditor's findings, plus any existing policies you already have.
  3. 3Review the proposed document list, then generate editable Word documents with matching PDFs.
  4. 4Fill in the highlighted placeholders for facts only you know, such as names, dates and local arrangements.
  5. 5Download an organised ZIP package with a document index, ready for internal review.
